A hair salon for men and women is onsite.
Social services counseling and discharge planning are important elements of the care and services Brighton House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center provides. Social workers help to identify a resident’s psycho-social, mental and emotional needs and then develop individualized plans to meet those needs. Social workers define additional services and follow-up resources necessary to ensure a smooth transition from the nursing center to home.
Upon admission to Brighton House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, each resident receives a treatment plan from a Registered Dietitian, with a specialty in geriatric nutrition. Based on the resident's personalized assessment, appropriate medical nutrition therapy is provided while enhancing the residents’ quality of life.
